I believe finding
the best way to feel better is necessary.
When I do my homework,
there are a lot of questions that I do not understand or I do not know how to
solve. I am always in trouble. Most time I am tired of thinking about those
things. I do not feel good when I am stuck one question. I feel I am so silly.
Of course, I am depressed. Therefore, what I do to avoid my feeling is taking a
shower to refresh my brain.
I think you have
different ways to refresh yourselves. For example, you go to a forest to
refresh yourselves. There are many ways to feel comfortable. Last weekend, I
went to the camping trip. We stayed outside and slept in the tent. I think it
was a good experience to touch to nature. I was hiking for almost four hours.
After hiking, I felt very good. I was very impressed. Today’ world, most people
don’t touch to nature. People have been cutting many trees and destroyed a lot
of forests to build many skyscrapers and houses. Therefore, most people are
pressured easily and few people may get melancholy.
In my opinion,
you should find the best way to avoid pressures and something bad for you. When
you find it, you can refresh yourselves and have happy lives. You really need to find it.
