Three
of my New Year’s resolutions are to eat healthy food, to lose weight, and to be
nice to everyone.
I want to eat healthy food because last year, I caught
a cold and went to see a doctor. I had my blood tested, and she told me to take
multivitamin every day. I was shocked that I had not realized that my body was
unhealthy. Therefore, this year I really want to take care of myself and want
to be in a healthy condition. I want to stop taking supplements so I want to
eat healthy food to keep me in a healthy condition.
This Christmas break, I ate food
as many as I wanted so when I came back here, I gained weight. I also did not exercise
at all. Every day I woke up at noon, and I was lying on my bed whole day. Of course,
my mom was pissed off. I normally do not check my weight because I always feel
depressed. My goal is to check my weight and to lose weight.
My third goal is to be nice to
everyone because last year, I was mean some times. I know everyone can be mean.
Being mean is easier than being nice. Everyone likes nice people so I try to be
nice. I promise I will never say mean words.
I wish I can accomplish those my
goals, and I will do my best.
Do you really think it is easier to mean than nice? I think both are equally as hard.
